Tour Itinerary
Day 01: cusco – cusipata – cusco.
we are going to be picked up from your hotel between 04:00 to 04:45 am, travelling towards the south of Cusco until we arrive at cusipata (3.310 mmeters/10.859feet) which takes about 2 hours car ride Once we arrive, we will have a delicious continental breakfast then we will continue with the van to the starting point ( phula wasipata) (4, 326 meters/14,189 feet) after we will hike 1:30 minutes we will arrive to hill of colors, known as Rainbow mountain (5,020 meters/16,466 feet). The only one in the world! You will have sufficient time to explore and then return to where we started, approximately 1 to 1:30 hour.then we board to our van to cusipata. There awaits our delicious lunch, later we will board the bus and return to Cusco, a 3-hour bus ride, arriving to Cusco around 4 – 5 pm.

Recommendation:
We recommend that you get used to the altitude by being in Cusco for 2-days or somewhere with a similar elevation. In this hike, you will ascend (5,020 m / 16,466 ft ) and a distance of 10 kilometers/ 6.2137 miles and descend 800 meters/2,624 feet. The reason that this hike is difficult is because of the high altitude. The Andean valley has a gradual rise, so please consult with your doctor if you are suitable for a high altitude hike of 5,100 meters/, 16,732 feet.
