  • Tips for the guide and diver: Gratuities for guides, drivers and other staff are not included in the tour price. Tipping is optional but appreciated for good service.
  • Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic drinks are typically not included with meals and must be purchased separately.
  • Energetics Snacks: Snacks such as chocolate bars and dried fruit are not included. Please bring your own to stay energized during the tour.

What to Bring

  • Original passport: You must travel with your original passport; copies are not accepted. It must be valid for at least six months after your arrival date, and it must have at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
  • Student ID: Needed only for student tickets. Must show university info, photo, and be valid through December 31. For travelers aged 25 or under.
  • Money for entrance tickets: Partial Tourist Ticket: S/70 (to visit Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero). If you purchase the tourist ticket, you can also purchase an integral ticket for S/130.00. This ticket is valid for the city tour and the sites in the Sacred Valley.
  • Backpack: A comfortable, lightweight rucksack for carrying your essentials, ideally with a rain cover.
  • Comfy clothing: Wear clothes for cold and windy , make sure that you take a waterproof and windproof jacket.
  • High-energy snacks: Energy bars, nuts, fruit or chocolate can help maintain your energy levels during the walk.
  • Sunscreen: Bring sunscreen with high sun protection (SPF), especially for outdoor activities at high altitude.
