Start your Full-Day Paracas, Ica & Huacachina Tour from Lima with early pick-up at 05:00 a.m. from your hotel, and travel along the scenic Pan-American Highway toward the Pacific coast.
You will first arrive in Paracas at around 08:00 a.m., where you will board a boat to explore the famous Ballestas Islands, known as the “Galápagos of Peru.” During the tour, you will see sea lions, Humboldt penguins, seabirds, and the mysterious Candelabro geoglyph carved into the desert hillside.
At around 10:00 a.m. you continue your journey to Ica, where you will visit a traditional winery at 11:00 a.m. and learn about the production of Peruvian Pisco and local wines, followed by a tasting experience. At 01:00 p.m. you will have optional time for lunch in Ica, enjoying regional Peruvian cuisine.
In the afternoon, you will head to the stunning Huacachina Oasis, arriving at approximately 04:30 p.m., where you will experience one of Peru’s top desert adventures. You will enjoy an exciting dune buggy ride and sandboarding in the desert dunes, with incredible panoramic views and a magical sunset over the Huacachina Oasis.
Finally, at 06:30 p.m. you will begin your return journey to Lima, arriving at approximately 10:30 p.m. with hotel drop-off, after a full day exploring the best of Paracas, Ica, and Huacachina in Peru.
