After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll embark on a comprehensive tour of Lima, known as the “City of Kings.” The tour will take you to several iconic landmarks and attractions in the historic center of the city.
We’ll pick you up from your hotel and you’ll visit the Plaza de Armas, the main square of Lima, where you’ll admire the Government Palace, the Cathedral of Lima, the Archbishop’s Palace, and other notable buildings. From there, you’ll take a leisurely stroll to visit Cordano Bar, the oldest bar in Lima, before continuing to the San Francisco Museum.
At the San Francisco Museum, a 17th-century religious art museum, you’ll have the opportunity to explore its magnificent library and the mysterious catacombs, which contain the remains of countless individuals. This visit offers a fascinating insight into Lima’s colonial history and religious heritage.
At the end of the excursion, you can choose to shop at the Indian Market or Larcomar Mall, or return to your hotel at your leisure.

Today, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Lima at 5:00 am to begin the journey to Paracas, a popular tourist destination in the province of Pisco located approximately 245 kilometres away.Along the way, we’ll stop briefly in the city of Chincha, where you’ll have the option of using the facilities or enjoying a typical breakfast (optional).
At around 8:00 AM, you’ll Depart to the Ballestas Islands. Then, you’ll board a motorized boat to embark on a tour of the famous Ballestas Islands. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to observe the renowned Candelabra, an immense petroglyph etched into the side of a hill in the Bay of Independence, Paracas.
During the 30-minute journey offshore, you’ll see the diverse marine fauna inhabiting the Ballestas Islands, including guaneras (seabird colonies) and various bird species such as Peruvian boobies, Guanay cormorants, red-legged cormorants, pelicans and Humboldt penguins, as well as sea lions and dolphins. After the 2-hour tour, we’ll return to the port of the Bay of Independence to go on the next excursion.
At around 10:00 AM, we’ll take a bus to Ica. Once there, you’ll visit El Catador or Nieto Craft Winery, both renowned winners of national awards. During the visit, you’ll learn about the artisanal production of wine and pisco and have the opportunity to sample the winery’s spirits.
Lunchtime: Enjoy a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon at around 4.30 pm: you’ll Visit the Oasis and Lagoon of Huacachina. This natural oasis is located five kilometres west of the city of Ica and is surrounded by towering sand dunes and emerald green waters. you’ll Embark on a 1.5-hour buggy tour through the dunes, experiencing the thrill of speed while enjoying panoramic views of the landscape. Afterwards, you’ll have free time to explore the oasis, take pictures and relax by the lagoon.
After a day filled with adventure and exploration, we’ll return to the Oasis of Huacachina.
Later on, you’ll take a bus to Nazca.

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll pick you up around 8:00 AM and take you to the Nazca Airport for your flight over the Nazca Lines. Enjoy a 35-minute scenic flight where you’ll be able to observe up to 12 of the most enigmatic figures, including the Whale, Trapezoids, Astronaut, Monkey, Dog, Condor, Spider, Hummingbird, Alcatraz/Flamingo, Parrot, the Hands, and the Tree.
Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch in Nazca. you’ll then have free time in the afternoon to explore the area at your leisure.
At 10:00 PM, you’ll board the bus to Arequipa. Relax and enjoy the comfortable 10-hour overnight journey.

The tour begins at around 7:30 am. when we’ll pick you up from your hotel and begin the journey towards one of the world’s deepest canyons. During the four-hour journey along the Yura road, you’ll pass the impressive, snow-capped Chachani volcano and enter Pampa Cañahuas, which is part of the Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to observe elegant vicunas, which are renowned for their exceptionally fine and soft wool. Seeing them in their natural habitat is a rare and unforgettable experience.
Next, the adventure continues through the high Andean wetlands of Tocra, where you may spot vibrant flamingos and other migratory birds resting in the bofedales. you’ll also pass the ancient crater of the extinct Chucura volcano, which is a striking reminder of the region’s volcanic history.
Shortly afterwards, you’ll reach the highest point of the route: the Viewpoint of the Volcanoes, located at an impressive 4,910 meters above sea level. where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the western mountain range — the perfect place to take photos and appreciate the immensity of the Andes.
In the afternoon, we’ll pick you up from your hotel once more, this time to visit the Calera hot springs. You’ll have about two hours to relax in the soothing thermal waters, naturally heated to 35–38°C. This peaceful setting is the perfect place to unwind after a day of travel and exploration.
At around 7:00 PM, we’ll take you to dinner, where you’ll enjoy a delicious meal paired with a captivating traditional dance show. The colourful, energetic performances of the Colca Valley people will immerse you in the region’s culture and make your evening truly unforgettable.

After an early breakfast, you’ll depart for the Cruz del Condor, the viewpoint where you can admire the canyon’s incredible depth and, if you’re lucky, see the majestic condor in its natural habitat.
After a brief stop to take in the breathtaking scenery, you’ll continue the journey through the Colca Canyon, passing charming towns such as Pinchollo, Madrigal, Lari, Maca, Achoma, and Yanque.
After exploring the canyon, you will return to Chivay for lunch. Then, you will continue on to Puno, arriving at around 6.30pm.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you’ll be transferred to the port of Puno on Lake Titicaca. From there, you’ll embark on a boat to visit the Floating Islands of the Uros, where you’ll spend about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the customs of the Uros people and see their unique handicrafts.
Next, you’ll continue by boat to Taquile Island, famous for its stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Here, you can explore the island and appreciate its ethnic traditions and archaeological significance.
At the end of the tour, you’ll return to the port of Puno, where you’ll be picked up and transferred back to your hotel. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can be dropped off in the center of Puno to explore the city at your own pace.

You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Puno at 6:40 a.m., and at 7:00 a.m. you’ll complete your ticket registration and drop off your luggage. At 7:20 a.m., we’ll depart promptly from the Puno bus terminal located at 430 Costanera Avenue. Your first stop is the Pukará Lithic Museum, where you’ll discover a fascinating culture that thrived between 1600 B.C. and 400 A.D. on the high plateau north of Lake Titicaca. You’ll see impressive zoomorphic pottery and sculptures, including the famous Hatunñaqqac, “The Supreme Executioner.” The guided visit lasts 30 minutes, photography is not allowed inside, and the entrance fee is S/. 10.00 per person.
Next, you’ll reach Abra La Raya, the highest point on the route at 4,335 m (14,222 ft), marking the border between Puno and Cusco. Here, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Chimboya Glacier, where the Amazon River is born. You’ll have a 10-minute stop to capture photos, so be sure to wear warm clothing and enjoy a cup of coca tea to help with the altitude.
After that, you’ll arrive at Sicuani for a buffet lunch at the popular La Pascana restaurant. The meal and hot drinks are included in your Route of the Sun tour, offering a wide variety of regional dishes with vegetarian options. You’ll have 40 minutes to enjoy the food, while cold drinks such as water, soda, and beer are not included.
Then, you’ll continue to the archaeological site of Raqchi, where you’ll explore the impressive Temple of Wiracocha, the “creator of the world.” You’ll see 156 colcas, circular storage houses used for grain like corn and quinoa, along with barracks, homes, and resting areas for the Inca messengers known as chasquis. The guided tour lasts 40 minutes. Be sure to bring a sun hat, as UV rays are strong at this altitude. Entrance fee is S/. 15.00 per person.
Next, you’ll arrive in Andahuaylillas, famously known as the “Sistine Chapel of America.” Built in the 16th century over Inca foundations, its interior is beautifully preserved and filled with murals, canvases, and gold-leaf ornaments. Your guided visit lasts 25 minutes, photography is not allowed inside, and the entrance fee is S/. 15.00 per person.
Finally, you’ll arrive in Cusco at around 5:00 p.m. at the private bus terminal located at 28 de Julio Avenue, Wanchaq (near the first bridge). From there, you’ll be transferred in private transport to your hotel in Cusco, completing an unforgettable Route of the Sun journey.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, you’ll have the chance to try a warm, aromatic coca-leaf tea, traditionally used in the Andes to help ease the effects of altitude. The rest of the morning is yours to relax and enjoy lunch at your own pace before the afternoon tour begins.
After lunch, at around 1:30 PM, you’ll embark on a guided tour through the historic center of Cusco, discovering the city’s most iconic landmarks. Your journey begins at the Main Square (Plaza de Armas), the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by colonial arcades, charming balconies, and centuries-old churches.
You’ll then visit the Coricancha Sun Temple, once the most important temple in the Inca Empire, where perfectly carved Incan stone walls support the elegant Spanish colonial structure of the Santo Domingo Convent.
Next, you’ll explore the impressive archaeological sites surrounding the city. At Saqsayhuamán, you’ll marvel at the enormous stone walls that showcase the Incas’ extraordinary engineering skills. In Qenqo, you’ll walk among mysterious carved passages and ancient ceremonial altars. You’ll then continue to Pucapucara, an ancient military post that overlooks the valley, and Tambomachay, known as the Inca “Bath of the Princess,” featuring beautifully designed water fountains that still flow today.
By late afternoon, you’ll return to Cusco, arriving in the city center between 6:45 and 7:00 PM. From there, you can soak in the lively evening atmosphere and choose a nearby traditional restaurant to enjoy a relaxing dinner.

After breakfast, at 7:00 AM, The Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. From there, you’ll then travel to the upper region of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, starting with a visit to the traditional Chinchero Market and its beautiful colonial church. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture, admire the colorful textiles, and witness the enduring traditions of the Andean communities.
The tour continues to Moray, an extraordinary archaeological site believed to have been an agricultural research center during Inca times. As you explore its impressive circular terraces, you’ll gain insight into the advanced agricultural techniques and deep scientific knowledge of the Inca civilization.
Next, you’ll visit the fascinating Maras Salt Mines (Salineras de Maras). These thousands of small salt pools cascading down the mountainside create a striking landscape. You’ll learn how salt has been harvested here since Inca times and observe the intricate system that continues to function today.
Afterwards, you will have the option of heading to the town of Urubamba for lunch (optional, $20 USD per person). Once you have had time to freshen up, you’ll continue your journey alongside the Urubamba River towards the charming town of Ollantaytambo.
At Ollantaytambo, you’ll explore the remarkable Inca City, admired for its sophisticated urban planning, impressive stone structures, and strategic terraces. The guide will reveal the historical importance of this site and how it served as a key stronghold during the Inca resistance.
Finally, you’ll be escorted to the train station to board your train departing at 3:37 PM toward Aguas Calientes. During the one hour and 45 minutes ride, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of lush valleys, snow-capped peaks, and ancient agricultural terraces—a perfect introduction to the beauty surrounding Machu Picchu.
Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, our staff will be waiting just outside the train station to accompany you to your hotel. You’ll spend the night in this charming town, nestled at the foot of the majestic Andes.

Today marks the highlight of your journey: a visit to the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu. After breakfast, your guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and accompany you to the bus stop for the scenic 30-minute ride up to the ancient citadel.
Upon arrival, you’ll pass through the entrance checkpoint, presenting your ticket and passport, before embarking on a guided tour with our expert guide. During this immersive experience, you’ll explore Machu Picchu’s most iconic sites, including the Main Plaza, Sun Temple, Sacred Sundial, Royal Quarters, Temple of the Three Windows, and the ancient cemeteries. Your guide will share fascinating insights into the history, architecture, and cultural significance of these remarkable Inca structures. Today begins early, when your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. You’ll board a private van and set off toward the town of Cusipata, enjoying a scenic one- to two-hour drive through charming villages and the breathtaking landscapes of the Peruvian Andes.
Upon arrival in Cusipata, you’ll stop for a delicious breakfast and gather any items needed for the hike. After this brief pause, the journey continues for approximately one hour, with stunning views of towering mountains, deep valleys, and the majestic Andean scenery.
The trek officially begins at Cairahuire Alta, which is located at an altitude of 4,700 metres (15,419 feet). From there, you’ll hike uphill for about one hour to reach the Rainbow Mountains summit at 5,100 meters (16,730 ft). Along the way, you’ll encounter glacial peaks, colorful rock formations, and grazing llamas and alpacas. Once at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the Andes and its unique highland fauna—a truly unforgettable experience.
After enjoying ample time for photos and soaking in the scenery, you’ll begin the descent via a detour through the Red Valley. The earth here displays a striking reddish hue caused by its mineral-rich soil, offering a unique landscape and a quieter route away from the crowds. This descent takes approximately one hour.
Once you return to Cairahuire Alta, Then Van will be ready to take you back to Cusipata for a well-deserved lunch. Later in the afternoon, you’ll return to Cusco, arriving around 4:00 PM, where you’ll be dropped off at either the main square or your hotel.
