What to Bring

  • Original passport required:Copies are not accepted. You must carry your original passport, valid for at least six months from your entry date to Peru, with at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps.
  • Student ID:If booking as a student, you must present a valid student ID (for travelers under 25 years old) showing a photo, personal information, university name, and a validity date no later than December 31 of the travel year.
  • Insect repellent:Use repellent with at least 15% DEET. Although there is no reported malaria risk, it helps prevent insect bites and keeps you comfortable.
  • Keep all tickets handy:Make sure you have all tickets (train, entrance, bus, and any others). Print them or download them to your phone for easy access.
  • Comfortable shoes:Tennis shoes or hiking boots with good grip are essential for walking on uneven or steep terrain.
  • Good-quality daypack:A comfortable, lightweight, and compact backpack is essential for carrying your belongings throughout the tour.
  • Binoculars:Recommended for appreciating the fine details of the Nazca Lines, especially during the flight.
  • Water bottle or CamelBak:Bring a bottle or hydration pack with a capacity of at least 2 liters. Choose one that helps keep your water cool.
  • Emergency money:Bring extra cash for emergencies. It is recommended to carry around 300 soles / USD 90, preferably in cash.
Itinerary

Day 01Lima - Paracas - Huacachina - Nasca .

04:30 am – Pick up from your hotel in Lima. you will drive 245 km along the Pan-American Highway to Paracas, a tourist town in the province of Pisco. On the way have breakfast in the town of Chincha (optional). After arriving at 07:45 am to Paracas.

Around 8:00 am – you will embark on an exciting boat tour to visit the Ballestas Islands, known as the Galapagos of Peru.

During the tour you will see the famous Candelabro Geoglyph. You’ll also see an incredible variety of marine wildlife, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins and guano birds.

After this experience, you will visit a local vineyard. There, you’ll enjoy an authentic Peruvian meal and taste the region’s famous wines and piscos.

Then, you will continue to the Huacachina Oasis, a paradise in the middle of the desert.

Upon arrival in Huacachina, enjoy an exhilarating buggy and sandboarding tour across the vast desert dunes. The adventure concludes with a breathtaking sunset over the sandscape.

At 6:30 PM, depart Huacachina for Nazca, where you will spend the night and unwind in the town’s peaceful atmosphere.

Day 02Nazca - Flight over the Nazca lines - Lima

After breakfast at 8:00 AM, you will be transferred from your hotel to Nazca Airport for a 35-minute flight over the Nazca Lines.

Every passenger has a window seat to fully enjoy the view of iconic geoglyphs, including the Hummingbird, Monkey, Spider, Whale, and Astronaut, along with the hundreds of straight desert lines.

Before take-off, the pilot will provide a safety briefing and tips for the best experience.

From the air, you will admire these enormous figures and geometric shapes—an unforgettable perspective that can only be seen from above.

After the flight over the Nazca Lines, return to your hotel in Nazca to wait for the bus.

Depart for Lima at 2:00 pm via the Cruz del Sur tourist bus.
You will arrive in Lima at 10 pm, after which you will be transferred to your hotel.
