Your first stop is Combapata, where you can take a short break, use the restrooms, and enjoy a traditional local breakfast of hot quinoa and fresh bread with cheese.
Next, you’ll visit the Combapata viewpoint and continue through Yanaoca, one of the eight districts of Canas Province. Your journey continues for another hour to the Four Lagoons: Pampamarca, Asnacqocha, Acopía, and Pomacanchi. Here, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking Andean scenery, vibrant local flora and fauna, and insightful tales from your guide about the region’s traditions and culture.
After lunch, you’ll begin your return to Cusco, with a brief stop at the Rumipunku Portal, a historical site along the route. You’ll then enjoy a scenic two-hour drive back, arriving in Cusco around 4:30 p.m.
