Itinerary

Day 1tour valle sagrado de los incas

Our journey starts with a pick-up from our hostel at 07:50 AM, setting the course for the enchanting Sacred Valley of the Incas.

We’ll traverse through vibrant craft markets, offering the perfect opportunity for souvenir shopping, before reaching the archaeological wonder of Pisac. Here, marvel at the terraced fields etched into the mountainside.

A stop in Urubamba awaits, where we’ll indulge in a buffet lunch that promises a taste of local cuisine.

The tour progresses to the fortress of Ollantaytambo, an exquisite example of living Inca architecture and history.

Concluding the day’s exploration, we’ll head to the Ollantaytambo train station to catch the 7:00 PM train to Aguas Calientes. The 1 hour and 45-minute ride offers stunning views leading up to our overnight stay in a pre-arranged hotel.

Day 2Tour to Machu Picchu “The lost city of the Incas”

An early start ensures we catch the breathtaking sunrise over Machu Picchu. We’ll ascend to this ancient citadel to witness the dawn of a new day.

Our exploration continues with a guided tour of Machu Picchu’s essential landmarks, including the main square, Temple of the Sun, Inti Watana, Royal Quarters, Temple of the Three Windows, and sacred cemeteries.

For the adventurous, the climb to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain offers spectacular panoramic views (unaccompanied by a guide).

After descending to Aguas Calientes, we’ll take an afternoon train back to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you for the bus journey back to Cusco, marking the end of an unforgettable 2-day excursion.
